I started Hephz InfraFM after years of seeing the same pattern: strong organizations with real mission and regulatory pressure, but no one in the room who could bridge facilities, capital, and compliance in plain language. I wanted to be that bridge — not as a consultant who leaves a deck and disappears, but as a partner who shows up, takes responsibility, and stays until the job is done.

With over 15 years in infrastructure and facility management across Canada, our principal has led capital projects, accreditation readiness, and facility operations in healthcare, public sector, and Indigenous community environments.
